YOUR SEO OPPORTUNITY
The evidence. The possibilities. The work.
ILLUSTRATIVE SAMPLE — these numbers and website findings are invented to demonstrate the tool. They are not an analysis of your website or a retrieved Las Vegas market snapshot.
02 / MARKET EVIDENCE
Search demand & current visibility
Volume and CPC are provider estimates; close keyword variants may be grouped. Advertising competition is not organic SEO difficulty. This is one desktop organic snapshot, not Google Maps tracking.
Who appears in the organic results?
03 / MODELED POSSIBILITIES
If you captured a share of that demand…
Illustrative monthly ranges, using estimated searches and the business assumptions below. These are total opportunities for one keyword; they are not measured additional traffic or predicted rankings.
Click shares of 1–3%, 5–10% and 15–25% are model choices, not empirical CTR benchmarks or promises of a specific rank. Ads, maps, AI answers and zero-click searches affect actual visits. Fractional customers represent expected averages, not individual people.
04 / READINESS & LIKELY WORK
Where would the work start?
View the inspected website signals
This uses limited page evidence and labeled self-reported answers. Unknown is not a failing score. Full technical health, Google indexation, content quality, GBP strength and backlink quality require deeper review.
05 / YOUR INVESTMENT SCENARIO
What would SEO need to produce?
Test a monthly investment to see the business results it would need to cover its cost. This is not an SEO price recommendation or quote.
Choose an amount to explore the requirements.
Targets are additional business required to cover investment on a gross-profit basis. Each customer, lead and visit threshold is independently rounded up. Existing organic revenue cannot all be counted as new SEO return. No incremental ROI is calculated without a baseline. Adjustments do not trigger another market-data lookup.
What this does—and doesn’t—tell you
Search volume is estimated. Click share is modeled. Conversion and close rates may be assumptions. Rankings, revenue and timelines are not predicted or guaranteed. Workload depends on site condition, content, local presence, authority, competition and ongoing work. This report is an opportunity and economics model, not an SEO quote.
Copying or printing includes your business assumptions. Share the report only with people you choose. No public report link is created.

Want Me to Review This With You?
Your automated analysis is a starting point. I can personally review your website, competitors, local SEO, content and authority and show you where I would focus first.
A full strategy also considers the broader keyword portfolio, backlink profiles, site architecture, content gaps, conversion opportunities and ongoing work.
An SEO opportunity calculator puts a single keyword’s estimated demand into business terms. The same traffic can have very different value for a roofer, a law firm or a local shop. That is why customer value, conversion, close rate and margin need to be considered separately.
A single keyword is also only part of the market. Real campaigns often cover service variations, questions, locations and different stages of the buying journey. Use this model as a focused starting point.
SEO ROI starts with assumptions you can see.
Many SEO ROI calculators turn an assumed future ranking into a seemingly precise return. This tool instead shows transparent visibility ranges. It does not tell you what you should pay for SEO or predict a date when an investment will pay off.
The investment scenario works backward from a hypothetical cost. Without gross margin, it cannot establish profit-based break-even. Without an existing traffic and conversion baseline, it cannot claim an incremental SEO return.
How does SEO readiness affect the amount of work?
A technically accessible site with useful service pages may have a different starting point from a site with indexing restrictions or missing foundational content. Local profile quality, reviews, links and competitors also matter. The automated check explains what was observed and leaves unverified areas unknown; it is not a full audit or a score.
Does a high CPC mean organic SEO is difficult?
No. CPC and paid-search competition describe the advertising market. They can suggest commercial interest, but they do not measure the difficulty of ranking organically. Optional organic keyword difficulty is labeled as a national provider estimate, not an exact city-level measure.
Why might my website not appear?
A localized snapshot checks one page of desktop organic Google results. “Not observed in the results checked” does not mean your website has no rankings or cannot rank. Other keywords, devices, searcher locations and Google Maps results can differ.
Can I use it without giving my email?
Yes. The entire on-screen analysis, scenarios and investment requirements are available without contact information. Emailing the report and booking a strategy call are optional next steps.
